Wisconsin Historical Society Field Trip
- All Day
Join us for our annual trip to the Wisconsin Historical
Society. We leave at 7:30am and return around 6:30pm. For
those who have not researched at the WHS in the past, a WHS
staff member will provide a tour and the information you
need to get started. Mary Risseeuw accompanies the group
and can answer questions throughout the day. Lunch is on

This class will show you how to use land record abstracts
from our collection and how that will help you research at
the Register of Deeds office. We will also cover old units
of measurement and the history of land records in the State
of Wisconsin. Accessing records in other states will also be
