Dutch Genealogy Change of Venue

Monday's genealogy class, April 9, 2012 - Dutch Genealogy- will be held at SCHRC, 518 Water Street, rather than at Falls Library. Class runs from 1:00pm to 3:00pm. Call 920.467.4667 for information and to register.

Landscaping Work- Accessibility Issues

SCHRC's entrance will be under a state of renovation for the next six weeks or so. The sidewalks are being reset and the south garden is being renovated. Eventually the sidewalk will be level and it will make the main entrance completely ADA accessible. So please be patient for the next few weeks.

Genealogy Class Change of Venue

Phone and Internet Improvements

Most of the work on our new phone system and internet upgrade is finished. But, we need a couple of days for training. So please continue to be patient if you can't reach us or we inadvertently hang up on you.

Internet and Email Changes

SCHRC's internet carrier and internal networking system is being upgraded this week. You may encounter some problems contacting us this week. The system may be up and down. Friday, January 20th will be the most difficult day. After that email addresses will change. You will be alerted as to the changes.

Telephone Maintenance at SCHRC

SCHRC is having a new telephone system installed the week of January 16th through 20th. The most difficult day will be Wednesday, January 18th. If you call SCHRC you may experience difficulty reaching us. The entire system may be down much of Wednesday. The good news is that by the end of the week we will have a fabulous new communications system with two lines and voice mail. When line one is in use, the system will roll over to line two. If both are busy you will be guided to voicemail. So please be patient and by the end of the week we'll be back, better than ever. No more static either. Thanks.

H.C. Prange Reunion and Book Launch

You are cordially invited to join us on Thursday, December 1, 2011 for the release of our newest publication, It’s Not Yours ‘Til You Like It, H.C. Prange, A Sheboygan Institution.

A book launch and Prange’s reunion party will take place from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at Grace Episcopal Church, St. Nicholas Hall, 630 Ontario Avenue, Sheboygan.

Come to see exhibits of Prange memorabilia, photos, live models, presentations by former employees and a sampling of the food you‘re sure to remember.
